Practical workshop divided into four sessions designed to work on communicative competence, with a specific focus on assertiveness. During the workshop, practical tools will be provided to identify our current communicative style and to improve assertiveness, promoting more effective, respectful and empathetic communication. Through practical exercises and group dynamics, participants will be able to identify their areas of improvement and learn specific techniques to express themselves safely and confidently in various personal and professional situations.
