METROLOGY AND VERIFICATION (40h)
DESCRIPTION:
Know and correctly use the different measuring instruments in a machining workshop, with the corresponding patterns and guidelines. Identify the representation elements of a technical drawing plan (parts). Apply calibration techniques to measuring equipment.

ACCESS REQUIREMENTS:
To be registered as a job seeker or improvement of occupation at the SOC’s Employment Office and to have the occupation demand in high status the day before joining the course.
Fulfil at least one of the following requirements:
-Level 1 certificate of professionalism.
-Basic Vocational Qualification (Basic Vocational Training).
-Compulsory Secondary Education Graduate (E.S.O) or equivalent.
-Technician’s Degree (intermediate vocational training) or equivalent.
-Level 2 certificate of professionalism.
Having passed the entrance exam for Intermediate Level Training Cycles.
Having passed any official university entrance exam.
Professional experience in the sector covered by this programme will be valued.
When the person applying for the course does not have the minimum academic level, he/she will demonstrate sufficient knowledge and skills to participate in the course by means of an entrance test.
