DESCRIPTION:
To apply the fundamentals and techniques for the preparation of the main pastry and confectionery preparations.
SCHEDULE: Morning
ACCESS REQUIREMENTS:
- To be registered as a jobseeker or to improve employment at the Employment Office of the SOC and to have the jobseeker’s application for employment registered on the day before joining the course.
- No academic level is required but it is necessary to have basic linguistic communication skills that will enable you to learn and follow the training.
- No professional experience is required.
- Participants may be called for an interview and/or test if necessary.
