BAKERY AND PASTRIES (450H)
Carry out the production and pastrying operations of bakery and pastry products, achieving the established production and quality objectives, respecting at all times the current technical – health, environmental and safety and hygiene regulations at work… Apply the regulations of safety, hygiene and protection of the environment in the baking industry. Realize and / or direct the production operations of complementary masses of bakery and pastry.
- Fleca and pastries workshop: kitchen. Cooling and freezing chambers. Exposure cabinets, normal and equipped with a cooling and lighting system. Stainless steel working tables. Stainless steel furniture for tooling storage.
- Machinery and tools: mixers, pasters, divisors, laminators. Fryers, ovens, maria baths and electric cassons. Cover emperors. Refining machine for low hydration masses. Precision balances and scales. Microwaves with digital time control. Bracelet-triturator. Carros and the corresponding game of cans for copper. Oven and pastry tooling.

Requirements:
- Be registered as a plaintiff or job improvement at the Employment Office of the SOC and have the demand for employment in a state of discharge the day before joining the course.
- Be in possession of a bachelor’s degree in Compulsory Secondary Education or studies declared equivalent for academic or work purposes, or pass the tests of key competences (level 2): mathematics and language (Catalan or Spanish).
- Participants may be called to an interview and/or test, if necessary.
