
EF1 BASIC PASTRY AND BAKERY PREPARATIONS [110H]
Course on basic pastry and bakery preparations to learn techniques, recipes, and the use of machinery and ingredients. Includes practical modules in the workshop and training in job placement, gender equality, and environmental awareness. Aimed at those wishing to work as pastry chefs or kitchen assistants.
Schedule: Mornings.
Requirements:

Be registered with the SOC office as a job seeker or for job improvement on the course start date.

No qualifications or diplomas are required. However, sufficient language and communication skills are needed to benefit from the training.

If the required academic level is not accredited, sufficient knowledge must be demonstrated through an entry test.
