DESCRIPTION:

Acquiring the skills to accompany, in their development, individuals and work teams, dynamising learning spaces from an ethical perspective and managing conflicts in a critical manner.

SCHEDULE: Afternoons

ACCESS REQUIREMENTS:

• To be registered as a job seeker or improvement of occupation in the Employment Office of the SOC and to have the demand for employment in high status the day before joining the course.
• Minimum academic qualification: hold a baccalaureate degree.
• Participants may be called for an interview and/or test if necessary.
